It started with wax and a workshop.
We started making jewelry in Beirut in 2004. Today we produce 2,000+ designs for retailers worldwide.
Most of our designs begin as a wax model, carved by hand. The steps below follow that route, from the first carving to the packed box.

Mold making
A rubber mold is taken off the hand-carved master.
02 / 09Wax models
Wax is injected into the mold, and the copies built onto a tree.
03 / 09Casting
The wax burns out and molten brass takes its place.
04 / 09Sprue cutting
Cut off the tree, filed back, tumbled clean.
05 / 09Assembly
Posts, hooks and clasps soldered on by hand.
06 / 09Polishing
Compound on the wheel, undercuts finished by hand.
07 / 09Plating
Cleaned ultrasonically, then gold in the plating bath.
08 / 09Quality check
Checked piece by piece before packing.
09 / 09Packed & shipped
Counted, wrapped and sealed here, shipped by DHL.
Every one of these steps happens in our own workshop.
